Shipping Policy

At Believe Sports, we work hard to deliver your order quickly and safely.
Every package is handled with care because we believe that every product carries purpose and mission.


1. Order Processing Time

We process and package all orders within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

During new releases, holidays, or high-demand seasons, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
You will always receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.


2. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary by location:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

Tracking is provided for all U.S. shipments.

International Shipping

  • Most orders arrive within 7–21 business days, depending on the country and customs processing.

International shipping availability depends on your region. Some areas may have limited service.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Shipping address

  • Carrier pricing

We do not add hidden fees or markups.


4. Free Shipping Over $100 (U.S. Orders Only)

We offer:

🎁 FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Your cart total must be $100 or more AFTER discounts to qualify.

This discount applies automatically at checkout—no promo code needed.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Link to track your shipment

  • Shipping carrier information

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking link to update.


6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address during checkout.

If the wrong address is entered:

  • We cannot guarantee recovery of the package

  • Reshipping fees may apply if the package returns to us

Please double-check your address before submitting your order.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We want every customer to receive their order.
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it:

Please:

  1. Check your mailbox, neighbors, or building office

  2. Wait 24 hours in case the carrier updates early

  3. Contact the carrier directly

  4. Email us at info@believesports.us if issues continue

Although we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will do everything we can to help resolve the situation with the carrier.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:
Please email us within 48 hours at info@believesports.us with:

  • Photos or video of the damage

  • Your order number

We will send a replacement or issue a solution right away.


9. International Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • Customs charges

  • Duties

  • Import taxes

These fees are determined by your country and are not covered by Believe Sports.
Customers are responsible for paying any required customs fees.


10. Pre-Order & Backorder Items

If you are purchasing pre-launch paddles or limited-edition items:

  • Estimated ship dates will be shown on the product page

  • Orders will ship when all items become available

  • You will receive email updates if any changes occur

Pre-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun.
